NBC Youth recently attended the SOAR student conference in St. Louis. We had a blast taking a trip to the top of the Arch, exploring the countryside and just spending time together. But most importantly, we learned the importance of being missionaries in our own town! It's amazing to spend time in worship with a couple thousand other kids our age!

We love hanging out in our youth room playing games, listening music and just spending time with each other!

This year we spent Mission Week ministering to people in our own back yard. We put on a Backyard Bible Club for the kids in a local apartment complex and we visited with the residents of a local nursing home.

We spent some time on a ropes course to strengthen our bonds as a group. It was pretty scary for some, but well worth it!
